Thanks - the peaches on the tree are nearly ripe. Might give this a try.

Tania

You have just nailed the purchase of an ice cream maker. Seriously unfair post to be reading at 11.38pm on a Sunday.

Ooh that looks delish...I love sorbet but I'm hesitant to attempt this without an ice cream maker. Maybe a new purchase is required!!

looks fabulous.
I must try...if the weather ever warms and we can get some decent peaches that is ;))

MMM, sounds utterly delicious, particularly to a person mired in winter.. thanks for sharing!

Di

Sounds like perfection!
Am contemplating whether we should get an icecream maker. Perhaps once we've finished off the laundry reno and I have more cupboard space to store it.

Rebecca

Yummy. Sounds like the perfect solution to dealing with this humid weather! Might give it a go this weekend.

Karin

That sounds perfect. Thanks for sharing. For a second there I almost could feel the sun on my skin :-)

Suzanne

yummmm....that sounds so refreshing!

Glad to hear that the kitchen is nearing completion you must be really pleased. This sorbet looks great - must try it out. 'Peachy' made me smile as this is what my daughter sometimes says when she sees me in the morning 'Oh you look peachy today' (I think she means you look bright and breezy) - which really lifts the spirits.
