Merry Christmas to you and yours Al!

Hope this coming year is filled with more beautiful moments than the last. Thanks so much for sharing your life with us. :)

While you're putting the last coat of paint on Pia's bed, I'm finishing up a pillow and case for Astrid's. I did get a small quilt made (I wish it were a little bigger but I didn't realize I wished that until after I'd sewn the back on and I'm sure as hell not going to start another now). They'll be no sheet for the mattress but I'm calling it all good. A mother can only make so much and as Dan just said to me, I couldn't sewn two pieces of fabric together, called it a blanket, and Ms. A would've been thrilled.

Happy Christmas to you, Alison. I'll think of you and Pia as I watch Astrid open her doll bed.

Wishing you a peaceful and joyous celebration! Your blog is so lovely and so inspiring! I am thrilled that you will be able to use more time for your creativity - happy for you and for those of us who adore all that you make and show - as I assume there will be MORE of it. Your photography is fantastic by the way.
