I'd just go with the flow, or your quilting will just become a chore, and we have enough of those in life.

Ahhhh a little bit of anality/crapiness is called for every now and then...

We are not all "cookie cutter" people, so why should our art/crafts and projects be so. I guess, what I am trying to say is that people are not all the same so why should our "art". We each have something to offer and to inspire each other. I love the pic' and read your blog daily for inspiration in knitting, quilting and life in general. Thanks

My daughter got the same froggie bag for X'mas - it's the perfect size for the daycare - she's got the matching rain boots and the umbrella too ! -

I have just spent Easter at my mother-in-law's and guess which quilt she put on our bed? The one with the flying geese in the border. I laughed everytime I saw it. It was made by my sister-in-law (Det.Snr.Sgt of the Quilt Police) and she quilted it with my all time passionate dislike - invisible thread - it's so nylon and yuk. And the wadding is synthetic - my other pet dislike. Cotton, Cotton, Cotton for me. I have just realised too that I am trying really hard not to say "hate" because I have a five year old and "hate is not a very nice word".
